Some successful methods and exercises to help cultivate more mindfulness in your life are; breath work, seated or moving meditation, or mindful eating.

If you would like to bring more mindfulness into your life, I can help you through these exercises and techniques, and help you create your own sustainable self practice.

Through her work with yoga & mindfulness, Miné has cultivated a peaceful and grounding practice. She has learned to balance the stress and face-paced lifestyle of corporate Tokyo with her own blend of mindfulness techniques.
