Yoga in the morning made my day easier. I liked ending the class with savasana meditation - I felt tired and relaxed and after I had more energy. I felt I could focus better at school after.

Our kids love Mine’s Mindfulness & Yoga class every week. They even wake up happily before 6am to get to class early. Our kids told us they like the breathing exercises to relax and learning how to stretch well too. They also enjoy participating online during remote learning, but can’t wait to get back to see Mine in person!
